Silani. Tinemi. EU With You: Celebrating a Partnership for Progress

On September 1st, the EU launched its Global Gateway campaign “Silani. Tinemi. EU With You”. This campaign is a testament to the long-standing relationship between Zimbabwe and Team Europe, built on trust and mutual respect. The goal? To showcase a commitment to a constructive and enhanced partnership that truly benefits the people of Zimbabwe. TotalMedia, was tasked as the media partner of Dicomm McCann who are the EU’s Strategic Communications Partner, to formulate a media plan that would amplify the messaging of the campaign.

The European Union and Zimbabwe have been working on something truly exciting thanks to its powerful partnership. You might have seen the catchy phrases “Silani. Tinemi. EU With You” floating around, which perfectly capture the essence of this collaboration. It’s all about unity, support, and a shared vision for a brighter future!

What’s even more exciting is that the campaign focuses on two vital Team Europe Initiatives (TEIs) that align with Zimbabwe’s National Development Strategy-1: “Greener and Climate-Smart Agriculture” and “Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment.” With a budget of over USD 500 million, these initiatives aim to make a real difference in the lives of Zimbabweans.
